Hello! Today I did your initial inspection and service. I started outside, where I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I spot treated the area that yellow jackets were penetrating the siding of the home. I placed a rodent bait station behind the AC unit to monitor exterior rodent activity and placed a termite monitor on all 4 corners of the home. Inside the home I placed 1 mouse bait station in the basement, where the cellar door meets. I treated the upstairs office where wasps were entering the home with a repellent to stop the wasps in their tracks. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect.
